breaking down poses into their simplest form, and advancing as appropriate to each student. Modifications taught and
adjustments made. Recommended for beginners and intermediate students looking for a class

6-7 p.m. Vinyasa Power Yoga (Mixed Level)
Flow class focusing on building internal and external power, greater flexibility, endurance and better cardiovascular health through a more assertive yoga practice. Suitable for healthy individuals who are active, or have a foundation in Yoga. Class ends with relaxation and meditation Students brand new to yoga are encouraged to take 2-3 Hatha classes on Tuesday or Thursday, prior to attending this class. $12 ($10 w/ monthly commitment). Hatha & Restorative Yoga
Hatha and Restorative classes offer
yoga postures, breathing and meditation designed for stress reduction,
relaxation and general health. Classes modified to accommodate those with
chronic physical conditions. Appropriate for beginners.
Vinyasa Yoga
Designed for the development of
internal and external strength and power, Vinyasa Yoga classes are appropriate
for active individuals with a foundation in yoga. Flow classes provide heat
generating asanas, balancing poses and more assertive yoga practice.
