MONDAY

5:30-6:45 p.m.  Mindful Yoga

Focuses on body awareness by breaking down poses into their simplest form, and advancing as appropriate to each student.  Modifications taught and adjustments made.  Recommended for beginners and intermediate students looking for a class centered around relaxation, restoration and meditation. $15 ($13-$14 w/ class pass). TUESDAY

6-7 p.m. "Moga" - Modified Hatha Yoga (Mixed Level)

Designed for light stretching, body awareness and relaxation. Mixed level, but suitable for beginners and people recovering from joint, back and neck pain. $12 ($10 w/ monthly commitment). Albon Neuromuscular Center. Blake Park. 1850 59th Street W. Bradenton, 34209. 

THURSDAY

6-7 p.m. Vinyasa Power Yoga (Mixed Level)

Flow class focusing on building internal and external power, greater flexibility, endurance and better cardiovascular health through a more assertive yoga practice. Suitable for healthy individuals who are active, or have a foundation in Yoga. Class ends with relaxation and meditation Students brand new to yoga are encouraged to take 2-3 Hatha classes on Tuesday or Thursday, prior to attending this class.  $12 ($10 w/ monthly commitment). PRIVATE LESSONS                                                                               

$75-$80 per studio or in-home class (1 - 1 hr. 15).                                                                                              

$200 per 3-in-home sessions (1 hr., must be used within 3 months of purchase).

Overview of Classes Taught

Hatha & Restorative Yoga

Hatha and Restorative classes offer yoga postures, breathing and meditation designed for stress reduction, relaxation and general health. Classes modified to accommodate those with chronic physical conditions. Appropriate for beginners.

Vinyasa Yoga

Designed for the development of internal and external strength and power, Vinyasa Yoga classes are appropriate for active individuals with a foundation in yoga. Flow classes provide heat generating asanas, balancing poses and more assertive yoga practice.

Private Yoga Lessons

Private instruction is available for people who need individualized attention for special health concerns, injury recovery and prevention, and for integration into an ongoing yoga class. Clients who book private sessions are given a sequence tailored to their needs, that they can use safely during their own solitary practice.
